Garfield Art Stars Beginning to Shine
The Garfield Artists Are Shinning
Enthusiasm is building. We are gearing up for a great year of ART. This fall students will contribute work and ideas for a major project, which is a huge 10 ft. tall map of Arizona. Our contribution will be a 5 ft. wide map of Pima County. This will be presented at the Arizona Centennial Anniversary in February. The location of this event is to be determined, but I will keep you posted.
Because it is our state's centennial the classes will learn more about our state and its cultures through art and reading. Students will also attempt some online presentations.

Stayed tuned for pictures of student art work from last year's Salon Des Infants at the Alwun House, and art club. there is much more to come!
